About the Transitions Foundation
The Transitions Foundation was established for the sole
purpose of supporting the programs and services of Transitions of Western
Illinois. The Foundation is a not-for-profit, 501 (c)(3) organization.
Thus, gifts to the Foundation are tax exempt, as allowed by law.
The
Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
