What Should I Do if I Wish to Give a Gift to Transitions?

The Transitions Foundation gratefully accepts current and deferred gifts to support the mission of Transitions. If you wish to give a gift of cash, these gifts can be forwarded to:

If you wish to make a donation online, using your credit card, click the button on the left. Please note that 3% of your donation will go toward credit card fees. You will be emailed a receipt for tax purposes at the end of your transaction.

If you wish to give a gift of appreciated stock, you may contact your broker or the Foundation Development Office. Your broker or our development staff can assist you in accessing the needed forms for a transfer of stock.

If you wish to give a gift of real or tangible personal property, we encourage you to call the Foundation Development Office and speak with the Director of Development.

If you wish to give a bequest or a deferred gift, we encourage you to contact your financial advisor and/or attorney. The Foundation development staff are happy to assist prospective donors and their advisors in the gift planning process.
