Michael
Rein,
Executive Director |
Michael has a Masters degree in Rehabilitation
Administration from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. He is
married to Pam, and they have three children, Amos, Cassie, and Mitchel.
In his free time, Michael enjoys hunting and golf. He is a Hunter
Safety Instructor and also a 5th
ward alderman for the City of Quincy. Click

Barbara
Baker Chapin, Development Director |
Barb has a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from the
University of Missouri-Columbia. She owns Diamond Cards, and she has
a dog named Murphy who likes
to hang out at the shop with her. Barb enjoys reading,
traveling, antiquing, and taking care of the shop. Click

Angela Dean,
Business Services Director |
Angie has a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Quincy
University. She is married to Scott, and they have two sons, Tyler
and Conner. Angie enjoys reading and playing golf, although she gets
to do very little of either with two active boys around! Click

Mark Schmitz,

Executive Director |
Mark has a Masters of Social Work degree from University of
Missouri-Columbia. He is married to Susan, and they have one
daughter, Clare. Mark likes to play
his guitar and listen to music in his free time (although Clare makes sure
he doesn't have a lot of free time!) Click

Marcie Kramer,
Human Resource Director |
Marcie has a Bachelors degree in Marketing from the
University of Northern Iowa. She is married to Dan, and they have
two children, Bryson and Kayla. They also have a bunch of outdoor
cats and three dogs. Marcie enjoys spending time with her
family which is a good thing because they keep her busy! She also
enjoys playing piano, scrapbooking, and decorating their home. Click

Jessica Peters, Compliance and Clinical Admin. Director |
Jessica has a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
She is married to Shawn, and they are putting the finishing touches on
their new house. They have two cats, Phoebe and Jack. She loves to scrapbook, sell Mary Kay
cosmetics, and spoil her nieces and nephews.

Adult DD Services Coordinator |
Rich has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Quincy
University. He is married to Jan, and they have three children - Matt
(who is married to Stephanie), Beth, and
Chris - and one grandson, Holt. Rich enjoys coaching soccer and
fishing. He is a member of the Quincy Exchange

Alan Obert, Behavioral Health Coordinator |
Alan has a Masters of Social Work degree from the University
of Missouri-Columbia. He has two dogs, Zeb and Sophie. He also
has cats, rabbits, and chickens. He keeps busy
with his extended family of seven brothers and sisters, their spouses,
his 18 nieces and nephews, and two great-nieces! He enjoys watching softball and baseball
(a tried and true Cub fan no matter how bad they are!). He also
