WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR SERVICES	People of all ages who are experiencing personal, emotional, or social adjustment problems.
COST OF SERVICES	Depending on the needed behavioral health care service, the following sources of funding are available: Insurance Illinois Medicaid Medicare Office of Rehabilitation Services Self Payment - Sliding fees, based upon family income, are available to Adams County residents who have no other source of payment.
