Infant and Toddler Services

Infant and Toddler Services are provided to children, ages birth to five years.  Developmental services are provided to children who have, or are at risk of having, a developmental delay.  Nurturing services and parent education services are provided to "at risk families" with young children.  Services provided include:

Infant and Toddler Services are provided to families at no charge. 

Referrals are accepted from physicians, public health nurses, hospital staff, social service agencies, individuals and families.  Referrals or requests for information can be made by calling the Infant & Toddler Supervisor at (217) 223-0413.
