WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR SERVICES |

Children between the ages of birth and three years who have, or are at risk of having, a developmental delay and their families.

Children
between the ages of birth and five years who reside in families
considered to be "high risk." Consent of the legal
guardian is required prior to the commencement of services.

Infant & Toddler services are provided to families at no charge. |
