SERVICES PROVIDED	Group Homes, Providing 24 hour Care and Supported Care Apartments Independent Living Skills Training
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR SERVICES	People who are 18 years of age or older People who have a mental illness or a developmental disability
COST OF SERVICES	There are fees for residential services. Fees, for some residential services, are established on a sliding scale (based upon family income).
WHO TO CONTACT	Referrals are accepted from individuals, social service agencies, and other mental health care providers.
