Residential Services

Transitions provides an array of residential services for adults with developmental disabilities and those with mental illness.  Three group homes provide 24 hour care and supervision.  Two apartment complexes provide independent living with supportive services.  Facilities are located in Quincy, Illinois, at the following addresses:

People who are at least 18 years of age and have a developmental disability or mental illness are eligible to live in residential housing.  

Referrals are accepted from individuals, social service agencies, and other mental health care providers.  For information regarding fees and eligibility requirements, please call the Coordinator of Residential Services at (217) 223-0413.
