Transitions School

Transitions School provides educational services to children who are severely to profoundly mentally retarded and who have physical handicaps and/or complex medical problems.  The goal is to assist students in reaching their educational and developmental potential.
Children between the ages of three and twenty-one who have a severe developmental disability and who are referred by the Special Education District in which they reside are eligible for services.  Tuition is paid by the school district.
