Vocational Training Transitions'
CRC (located at 631 North 48th Street), provides vocational evaluation, work
habits training, and job placement services to adults with physical and mental
disabilities, adults recovering from substance abuse problems, and to adults who
have little or no successful vocational experience. Services provided
include:

 | Job Placement Services |
 | Work Adjustment or Work Habits Training |
 | Job Coaching or Sheltered Employment |
 | Individual Counseling/Case Management |

| Referrals are accepted from individuals, social service agencies,
schools, physicians, or the courts. Referrals or requests for
information can be made by calling the Coordinator of Rehabilitation
Services at (217) 224-2194. |
