Case Manager/Child & Adolescent Case Management Services
Full time position responsible for providing high quality crisis stabilization, community support, and discharge planning services to children with mental illness and their families. Provides crisis intervention as part of an agency oncall system. Conducts assessments resulting in identification of consumers’ strengths and needs. Develops individual service plans and provides mental health and youth services. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other Human Service field from an accredited college or university. Prefer experence with children and adolescents.
Direct Support Person
Part-time positions available to work with adults with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights. Excellent pay, bonuses, vacation and sick accrual. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Direct Suppport Professional (DSP) designation preferred.
